模具配管会生锈，渐渐地会浓度上升（如果放任不管，继续循环使用的话）冷却水路内到处都会产生锈块（流速，压力，冷却温度的设定值将会不稳定）产品的生产不良率迅速增加，原因就是金属锈！



▲预防去除二氧化硅(水垢)



水路堵塞后，水流量降低，影响模具冷却效果，从而影响产品的品质。


▲Prevent metal rust



The mold piping will rust and gradually increase the concentration (if you let it go, continue to recycle). The rust block will be generated everywhere in the cooling water circuit (the flow rate, pressure, and cooling temperature settings will be unstable). The rapid increase is due to metal rust!



▲Preventing the removal of silica (scale)



After the waterway is blocked, the water flow is reduced, which affects the cooling effect of the mold, thus affecting the quality of the product.
